AG leaders have a four-fold responsibility.
 
 1. To the members of their Group,
 - to encourage them to walk in the way of the Lord;
 - to empower them to discover their gifts;
 - to lauch them into a field of service.
  
 2. To the Pastoral Care Team,
 - to regularly update them on the AG's progress;
 - to be their channel of communication to the AG members.
  
 3. To the Church at large,
 - to encourage the AG to fulfill the goals and visions of the Church.
  
 4. To God,
 - "So then everyone of us shall give account of himself to God" (Romans 14:12)
