The Action Groups Working Committee (AGWC) is formed to :
1. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of current AG system and improve it; 2. Foster better understanding between church leadership and AG leaders; 3. Improve accountability and care system vis-à-vis AGs; 4. Identify needs of AG leaders/AGs (e.g. training needs); 5. Provide support to AG leaders/AGs (e.g. recommendation of teaching materials); 6. Facilitate inter-AG interaction to promote greater socialization among church members; 7. Facilitate the integration of old and new members/friends into the AG system; 8. Help AG leaders to better understand their role in meeting the spiritual, social and emotional needs of church members and friends;

Desired Outcomes
· AG leaders are equipped to lead AGs effectively
· Members feel a sense of belonging to the church
· Pastoral Care Team actively supports and guides AG leaders in fulfilling their roles
· There is clear communication between church leadership and AG leaders
